Lose Weight Hypnosis

First of all I am no different than anyone who has ever tried to lose weight before in the past; I too was unsuccessful in everything that I tried to do. I was told to exercise more; however how can someone lose weight when they do not like exercising? When a friend told me that it was possible to lose weight with hypnosis; needless to say I was extremely skeptical.

It seems as though I tried everything here is a small list of what I did to try to lose weight:

1. Crash Diets: I thought that if I starved myself and only ate when I felt really hungry that I would be able to lose weight. Well I did lose some; however it seemed to come back in twice the amount that I lost.

2. Water Diet: We have all heard that water makes you feel full; well that is the reason that I tried drinking water instead of eating when I felt hungry. This did not help and only made me eat more when I finally did eat.

3. Protein Diet: I tried eating more protein to help me lose weight.

Whatever type of diet was out there; it seems like I tried it all. When I heard of weight loss self hypnosis; I had absolutely no idea what it was. However the friend who told me about it seemed to have lost a lot of weight using this technique.

I went to the internet and started doing some research on "hypnosis training" and "lose weight hypnosis." Well I came back with some good results and decided to give it a try. After all I had tried everything else before.

Well needless to say; I was blown away. It seemed to be having the positive results that I was looking for. Of course I have not lost all the weight that I want to; however it keeps falling off.

The one thing that I love about being able to lose weight hypnosis is that you reprogram your mind to believe that you do love exercising or anything else that you did not enjoy in the past. Your subconscious then believes whatever you tell it and those are the results that you receive.

The only downfall that I found to be able to lose weight hypnosis; is that if you do not believe that it will work for you; then most likely it may not. However you can work on those thoughts and feelings as well.
